Capabilities
To enable our global clients to enhance collaboration in their multicultural workplaces, Cogent Language provides consulting services in language program change management. In our first four years of operation, we have helped frame key human resource development initiatives in Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe.
We have deep expertise in corporate language training. We have evaluated, designed, and developed programs for entry-level participants, performance support programs for working professionals, and executive coaching for high potential and C-level individuals. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we maintain close, long-standing ties with world-class providers of language assessment, e-learning services and instructor-led training. We have significant sector experience with energy, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Since our start in 2005, we have provided most of our services online in order to enhance performance in virtual teams.
