Classes in project management for native and native-like speakers of English

These classes introduce participants to the practice of modern project management. Participants learn key concepts, such as project organization, manager roles, responsibilities and knowledge areas. They become familiar with processes, methods, and technologies for each project phase. Assignments and case studies focus on virtual projects in a multinational team setting.
