PMP Examination Preparation

Purpose

This course gives participants intensive preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP^®) credential examination. They study project management concepts using highly visual materials and do practice test questions in a systematic, accelerated format.

You will learn this material by studying terminology and concepts, by applying what you learn in case study and group tasks, and by taking practice tests in every session. The course also introduces tips, strategies and resources that PMP® examinees have found useful in passing the exam.
