Our initial mentoring session is called Career Projects Discovery. It is a talk designed to elevate and explore what matters most to both of us: your international education career, and my capacity to mentor you.
We start with your teaching, projects, meetings, organizations, and cultural contexts. We may take one project to focus on. And/or we can explore your ideals, concerns, or strategies, say, for a key project, a new job, or for your career.
In exchange, I offer advice on the picture that you paint. It takes the form of “global career projects”, that is, actionable initiatives that can have a profound impact on your international education career.

There is no cost for this discovery session, and no forms to complete. No AI, no recording, and no commitment. Just talk ,and listening, – informal, friendly, and confidential, but also deliberate, wide-ranging, and global with actionable take-aways.
