Blog Purpose

On this blog, I will pick up, sort out, and weave together the many strands that inform my coaching practice. These are strands of study, analysis, action research, and experiential learning, all related to cogent language for your projects.

You can search here:

Example strands are:

  • Wisdom (Ancient, perennial, ecological)

  • Personal Ideals (cf. Ikigai, Raison d'être)

  • Career Development

  • JobSearch

  • Speaking for Your Projects

  • Design for Your Projects

  • Wayfinding for Your Projects

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Project Contexts and Lifecycle

  • Project Team Purposes

  • Project Team Constructs

  • PMI

  • Collaboration Skills (cf. PMI’s “Power Skills”, formerly “Leadership”)

  • Politeness

  • (Blog) Overview

Here, these strands will likely be implemented via blog “Categories”. Each post will typically be introduced by my idea on how to leverage post content for mentoring purposes. Post content will typically be a visual, a link to external content, or some idea I am exploring via theory, AI partner conversation, action research, and/or experiential learning.

Many posts here contain my comments on a link to a video that I did not create. Such links can be followed in the usual way, by clicking on the video thumbnail in the post. Since the video is the main content of such a post, on this blog, I have used the author’s original title as the post title, and set that title out in quotation marks. Also, I have often used the date of the original video’s posting as the date of the post, so that external video content here is presented in roughly chronological/historical order.
