"How to Create a Project Charter"

I recently posted on the dangers of trying to initiate projects privately: “You Are the Only One Who Can Do This Project”. As one antidote, I proposed a “mini” project charter and related talk. 

Of course, when the initiative is more complex, a fuller, more conventional project charter may be called for. Here is an excellent video on just that, by a practitioner whom I have learned a lot from, namely Jason Dodd.
