Whether for reports or retrospectives, routine meetings have routine processes and outputs. Not so with meetings for design. The best designs are co-created in real time - emerging from concrete interpersonal, social, and business contexts.
Whether in Python, Javascript, or C++, software engineers define in advance the outputs, data structures, and code that their firms require. Not so in vibe coding. Outputs are co-created in real time, and maybe relationships too, human and not human. And so, the outcomes may well surprise.
Education and training organizations aim to produce knowledge on time, on schedule, and in budget. For this, they have pre-built programs, templates, and certificates, ones they fit you into. What they aim for is no surprise, and no surprises. For you, there will be lots of boxes to check.
Not so with Cogent Language. Surprise is our aim: surprise and wonder in your projects and career. To achieve it, my mentoring does not deploy tasks, pre-built lessons, or checkboxes. Instead, it is all about you. You are what it brings out and nurtures. We listen and learn as we go, together, in a powerful conversation flow, based on your lived experience for a full 10 weeks.
In such a flow, you may well be surprised at all that you can say, and at all you become able to do, by and for yourself, and for your teams. In my experience, examples are unique analyses, website designs, AI agents, job search strategies, value propositions for a promotion and for a whole new business. Our flow may become really jazzy, but whatever the vibe is, once we get it going, it can inform your work in current projects, add to your accomplishments near term, and inspire your aims and ideals going forward long term.
