Do you need a new vibe in your career? Some music of the spheres? A bigger picture? A more panoramic view of possibilities? A better toolbox and practice, going forward, with someone playing along side, backing you up as you grow?
Ok then – let me try out for that role! You can see how I do in a free initial coaching session: Career Projects Discovery. This is just talk – friendly, caring, and confidential. But also, deliberate and very wide-ranging. We discuss your projects, goals, ideals, and your career so far. In exchange, I will offer advice about it all – that is, some potential “career projects” for you, in a panoramic view, going forward.
In this Discovery session, each of us is, in effect, auditioning for a 10-week coaching gig called Career Projects Launch. No worries! I can fail, but you can not. In any case, you come away with an overview, by an experienced coach, of your career, and of projects that can boost it. That said, if there is a good fit between us, then, like many young professionals I coach, you may go on to create some great big hits, perhaps even a new company, in as few as 10 weeks.

If this sounds like you, then, in our time together, we identify career projects to achieve the outcomes that you want. We launch these projects during the coaching. As can be seen here, professionals I coach are often able to achieve the oucomes they wish for during the coaching or shortly after. Outcomes last year included new jobs and a whole new business.
Either way, you consistently build products that you can take away as process assets going forward, by the projects you launch during the coaching. Examples are unique analyses, website designs, functional sites, AI agents, job search strategies, value propositions, dynamic walkthrus and role-plays, winning sales pitches. These are all take aways from working with me that young pros like you have created in just the last year or so.
